Black Trumpet Mushrooms

Also known as Black Chanterelle Mushroom. Funnel shaped, growing to almost 4″ long. One of the best tasting wild mushrooms, with a rich, smoky flavor and fruit-like aroma. Black color stuns on the plate. Excellent with seafood, poultry or red meats, in soups, sauces, with pasta or risotto. Wild foraged in the Pacific Northwest.
