Description
Wild Lion’s Mane (sometimes known as Bear’s Head) is foraged in the forests of the Pacific Northwest. As an edible mushroom, lion’s mane has a mild seafood flavor, a bit similar to lobster. They absorb flavors (and liquid) like a sponge, which makes them versatile in cooking.
