Description
The Oregon Black Truffle is native to the Pacific Northwest of North America, ranging from northern California into British Columbia. Our Oregon Black Truffles are foraged in Washington state and Oregon. They are prized for their hazelnut-chocolate aroma, with hints of pineapple. Although very aromatic, these truffles offer a flavor profile quite distinct from Black Winter “Perigord” truffles.
These truffles are best enjoyed within 3 days of receipt, but can last up to a week in refrigeration. Wrap them in fresh in paper towels and change them every day to absorb moisture and maintain quality.
