Orzo, Tuxedo Blend

Tuxedo Blend Orzo is a mix of two varieties of rice-shaped semolina pastas – classic orzo and a black version naturally colored with cuttlefish ink. Together they make a mix of black and white, like a tuxedo. It can be easily substituted for rice or other small, cut pasta shapes.
